Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland, Norther Ireland and Isle of Man).

All of our products are shipped by Royal Mail, with the exception of orders over 2Kg or with a value of £25 and over, these will be delivered by our courier.

Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your Fenjal order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resealable condition within 28 days of receipt.

This excludes the following:

• Perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)

• Medicines

• Items personalized for you

• Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

In case of goods received in damaged condition, please share the pictures of the product and packaging for the refund to be processed. The refund decision in this case will be at the sole discretion of quality team.
